Trish typically wars a large yellow hoodie with red drawstrings and the letters O and X vertically in the center, black yoga pants with white stripes on each side, and red boots with dark red soles and yellow laces. The photos in Fang's room show that prior to the game's events, Trish had a full head of hair. Her hair is styled as long and springy at the front and shaved at the back, behind her horns. She has scattered dark violet freckles on top of her snout (between her eyes) and on the back of her hands. She has darker violet stripes along the top side of her tail, around her frill, and a pair of marks under each eye. Trish is a violet triceratops with purple hair and blue-purple eyes.
